Delivery terms
- Customers can place order via our official website or e-commerce platforms (SHOPEE, LAZADA), facebook.
- Customer purchase via Facebook and official website is only available in Perak state and Ipoh area. Shipping charges will be imposed on customer if the delivery is outside of Perak state. If the volume order is large, you can directly contact the person in charge to discuss.
- Products will be delivered by POSLAJU, DHL or J&T is customer order via our e-commerce platforms (SHOPEE, LAZADA).
- After the new order placed, we will arrange deliver products within one (1) to three (3) days (limited to Ipoh area, and the number of order quantity will determine the delivery schedule). For the location outside of Ipoh, the delivery will be arranged based on the quantity of order placed and products will be delivered to the areas outside of Ipoh within three (3) to seven (7) days once the order is confirmed.
- If a large number of order placed via Facebook and our official website, we will arrange the products to be delivered by lorry. If a small number of order placed via Facebook and our official website, we will arrange shopping company to deliver the products to customer (There is no shipping company at present), all shipping costs will be borned by the customer (payment shall be made before delivery).
- Once the order is placed, customer can make payment via our e-commerce platforms.
- Bank In Payment (Order via Facebook) --- If customer order via our facebook page, customer have to make payment via bank transfer or bank in to the following account:

Once the payment is made, we will send the Invoice via Email or WhatsApp and arrange for goods delivery. (Unless the customer request Cash On Delivery)
- All customers who have purchased via our official website and e-commerce platform have obtained on our official website (http://manage.clindustriesmy.com), you can log in directly to view all order updates and monthly statement data.
Refund terms for online sales products
- Non-refundable after sale.
- If the goods found to be damaged, customer can exchange the goods within one (1) week.
- If you have purchased any of our products and require replacement of other products, you must exchange them for products which have equal value or below value. If required to be replaced with higher value product, additional payment is required.
- We are not responsible for any costs incurred during the period of requesting a refund or replacement of the product (For example,. postage or transportation fee)
- If any replacement or exchange of products required to be made, you can notify us via Email, WhatsApp, or via our website, we will arrange for replacement within 7 days. You can come to our factory for replacement or exchange of products, this process will take lesser time to be done.
- We will ensure that the packaging of products meet the standard requirement. If it is our company’s fault, customer can exchange other products with equivalent values (customer is responsible for any shipping cost), we are not responsible for any damage caused during transportation.

- FB主页与官方网站订购只限于霹雳与怡保区域。如果外坡订单需另付运输费。如果数量订单可以直接联系负责人商谈。
- 电商平台可以直接订购通过POSLAJU ，DHL和J&T运输服务。
- 新Order后，在1天到3天内安排送货（限怡保区，以区域，数量决定安排时间）。 怡保以外范围以数量为主区域为次决定送货日期，确定订单后在3天至7天安排送货。
- FB主页与官方网站订购的，怡保以外范围足够数量公司将派出罗里载送，而数量少的order安排以运输公司送货（目前还没运输公司），所有运输费需顾客承担（需先付款）
- 电商平台可以直接订购平台付款。
- FB主页与官方网站订购的，Bank In付款 --- 顾客通过官方网站，fb page向我们下单，顾客需先

- 所有在我们官方网站和电商平台购买过的顾客都已获得在我们官方网站（http://manage.clindustriesmy.com）的自理账号，可以直接登入来查看所有订单更新与每个月的statement 数据。
Refund terms
- 货品出售后不能退款
- 货品出售后一个星期保加，如遇到任何品质损坏（不包括人为损坏）都可以以一对一更换。
- 如已购买我方任何产品要求更换其他我们公司产品，必须换于同等价值商品或低于其价值商品，如果要求更换于更高价值商品需要另外补款。
- 要求退款或更换产品期间所产生的任何费用于时间损失我方介不负责（邮费或交通运输费）
- 更换货品方式可以通过Email，WhatsApp， 网站通知我们， 然后再安排在7天内更换，如果到本公司工厂直接更换可以更快的时间里解决。
- 我们确保包装运输的产品有标准的保护，如果是我方的失误介可赔偿回同等商品（运输费顾客负责），如其他原因造成或运输途中如发生任何损坏我们介不负责，
